Professional Day of Wedding Planners onsite for up to 10 hours of wedding day management.

One in person meeting –  which will be the venue walk through. We want to learn your wedding vision inside and out!

Plan/Facilitate vendor meeting.

Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract. Any phone and video chats need to be pre-scheduled ~ We are always here for you!

Timeline creation and run of show of wedding day details and distributed to vendors. – we keep everyone in check!

DAY OF EVENT:

Become your eyes and ears day of - your personal concierge

Set-up and styling of all wedding elements ~ this is key to having your vision come to life! (Escort cards, favors, guest books, table numbers, photo booth props, DIY elements, etc.) at the direction and labeled by the client*

Greet wedding vendors and be point of contact the day of your wedding ~ this way no one is bothering you with questions or concerns!

Direct ushers and helpers with seating and program distribution.

Assist with bridal party and family for photographs ~ things could get crazy and they may need some guidance, we will be there to help if needed.

Distribute bouquets & pins corsages to bridal party, attendants & family members.

Directing ceremony procession and activities

Lining-up wedding party and cueing for reception grand entrance

Cue Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents and honored guests when they are about to give toasts.

Distribute gratuities as needed to vendors ~ you won’t have time to do this as you will be too busy having the best day of your life!

Arrange for ALL your personal items to be packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle

Wedding emergency kit

**Each one of our packages is based on an average of wedding guest count between 125-150 guests (Guest counts over 150-200 and 200+ will have additional fees)

  $250 per hour over 10 hours

$500 travel fee over 60 miles

$750 travel fee over 120 miles roundtrip

PPG’s Royal package (For couples that have date, venue and vendors selected) - six months prior

Includes:  10 hours only

 Professional Day of Wedding Manager onsite for up to 10 hours of wedding day management

2-3 in person meetings – one of which will be the venue walk through. We want to learn your wedding vision inside and out!

Plan/Facilitate vendor meeting as well as vendor management

Review all your vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving day of.
