Calm point person
Provides reassurance, grounding support, and gentle guidance for you, family, and the wedding party—without managing vendors.
Transitions & key moments support
Coordinates first looks, fluffs dresses, straightens outfits, assists with post-ceremony transitions, gathers belongings, and prepares you for what comes next.

Partial Planning
Starting at $7,000**
PPG’s Royal package (For couples that have date and venue and need assistance in securing vendors - six - nine months prior
Includes: 10 hours only
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Professional Day of Wedding Manager onsite for up to 10 hours of wedding day management
In person meetings – one of which will be the venue walk through. We want to learn your wedding vision inside and out!
Plan/Facilitate vendor meeting as well as vendor management
Create day of wedding timeline check list
Review all your vendor contracts as needed to understand exactly what will be arriving day of.
Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract. Any phone and video chats need to be pre-scheduled ~ We are always here for you!
Timeline creation and run of show of wedding day details and distributed to vendors. – we keep everyone in check!
Vendor management – we will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors listed on your DMS vendor form and confirm their arrival times, confirm services booked and any other important details, at least 1 week or more prior to the wedding.
Rehearsal coordination – to include dinner option recommendations as well as conduct on-site rehearsal.
DAY OF EVENT:
Become your eyes and ears day of- your personal concierge.
Set-up and styling of all wedding elements ~ this is key to having your vision come to life! (Escort cards, favors, guest books, table numbers, DIY elements, etc.) at the direction and labeled by the client*
Greet wedding vendors and be point of contact the day of your wedding ~ this way no one is bothering you with questions or concerns!
Assist with wedding party and family for photographs ~ things could get crazy and they may need some guidance, we will be there to help if needed.
Distribute personal florals to wedding party attendants & family members
Directing ceremony processional and recessional.
Cue Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents and honored guests when they are about to give toasts.
Distribute gratuities as needed to vendors ~ you won’t have time to do this as you will be too busy having the best day of your life!
Based upon your decision on hours of service we can be there to arrange for ALL your personal items to be packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle.
Wedding emergency kit.

The couple and the planners are the sole channels of communication, and its the couple’s responsibility to disseminate details
Travel Fee over 50 Miles is $150 plus lodging for 2 nights as rehearsal is included

PPG’s Imperial package (For couples requiring assistance with date, venue and vendor selection, etc.) – 12 to 18 months prior
Includes: 12 hours only - One hour rehearsal
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Venue search and tour
Vendor search and selection
Vendor liaison for save-the-dates, invitations and signage
Professional Day of Wedding manager onsite for up to 12 hours of wedding day management
