We can't possibly thank Prince Pellman Group enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect! The PPG crew is extremely talented. They are some of the kindest and most fun people you could possible want to surround yourself with on your wedding day! Their skills were put to the test by coordinating our different wedding locations including the church, hotel and venue. PPG divided and conquered these areas to make a seamless transition between all parts of the day. Anytime we needed anything during our day PPG was there to help; sometimes even before we had to ask. Every stress was taken away from us so we could enjoy the day and every detail was carried out exactly how we wanted. Anyone who has been married knows despite your wedding day being the best day of your life it can be very stressful and overwhelming at times. Mary even sewed up my bridesmaid's entire dress and did it so well myself (the bride) had no idea all night! We could truly go on all night but just hire PPG- it will truly be the best decision you make! We can thank you enough for giving us the most perfect day!

“Best money we could've spent!
Since we did the majority of our wedding planning two years before the event, my now-husband was convinced we did not need wedding planners/coordinators and was reluctant to try to cram another vendor into our strained budget. But after two years of postponements due to the pandemic, I was having a difficult time keeping track of everything and feeling acutely stressed out. My sister-in-law suggested PPG and, after a lot of bargaining with the groom, we finally agreed to hire them--and my husband now says it was the best money we spent on the entire wedding. From Mary's go-getter energy (constantly willing to follow up with vendors who aren't responsive and to get answers to every question that pops up), Dan's peerless timeline creation (do you have someone in your life who needs to know exactly where they need be at literally every minute, and they keep asking every day leading up to the wedding? Dan is here for you), and Corey's S-tier day-of bridal support (steaming gowns, coordinating with the other off-site team, keeping track of the bride's phone and coffee which are constantly migrating all over a 10-room AirBnB), there is literally nothing this team doesn't have locked down. They also added a licensed cosmetologist to their team right after we hired them, so you have an on-site helper (Alex!) for touch-ups after your makeup artist is packed up and long gone. I felt completely at ease having a verifiable SWAT team handling things behind the scenes on our big day and I--a very anxious control freak--can honestly say I did not worry about my responsibilities or what I "should" be doing a single time the day of my wedding, and that's what it's all about. If you want to have your dream wedding cake and eat it too, you HAVE to employ Prince Pellman Group. No matter what stage of planning you are at: just starting with no clue, or close to executing all of your well thought out visions, PPG can really deliver the final product much better than without. I had all of my vendors figured out and a pretty extensive mood board, and they still came in with about a month to go and made me feel like they had everything under control: because they did! They created the perfect day of timeline, considered absolutely everything that we had not, and on top of all of that were just the highlight of my week to talk to! Dan, Corey and Mary are just such a phenomenal team. Day of, i never had to worry about a thing. Even when our officiant was a no show, Mary stepped in and created the perfect interfaith wedding ceremony for us and the day seemingly went off without a single issue! While everyone was getting ready, PPG also went above and beyond to find catering for that morning in the bridal suite and grooms cottage! Seriously, from beginning to end, PPG executed everything, made contact with all the vendors to ensure a seamless day and were just such a pleasure to have as part of our day! I highly recommend that if you want your dream wedding but not the stress that comes along with planning it, YOU HAVE TO HIRE PPG!

Corey and Dan were our day-of coordinators for our wedding and they are worth every penny! It was great not having to worry about my family or myself doing any heavy lifting, so to speak, so we can just relax and enjoy the day! They also worked well with our other vendors.
Corey, Dan, and Mary also met with my now husband and I multiple times leading up to the wedding to make sure we were on track, which was helpful

My only daughter was getting married. She had been dating her fiancé since high school and I was definitely excited about the wedding.
I started as my daughter “Wedding Planner” researching vendors, checking every detail, and providing options for her approval.
When COVID closed activities down, I found myself focusing more on the details – things I could control… Like finding an aisle runner company, or the vendor that provided printed masks. It is not a secret in our family that I like to control things.
When we met with Prince Pellman Group there was an immediate connection. We felt like they cared about our Daughter’s Wedding as much as we did. During the meeting my daughter joked with them that even though they were going to be Day of Wedding Coordinators I would probably still want to be in control. After our first meeting we signed the contract and sent the deposit.
During the process, we encountered some bumps in the road. They were always there to provide support and offer assistance. They even provided a local contact that created and produced personalized name cards, menu cards, and table cards.
The Wedding Venue normally had wedding coordinators but because of the COVID shut down they did not have an individual to coordinate. There was only the Director of Sales and the Director of Catering...… I was so glad to have Prince Pellman Group walk us through the process. They coordinated the timeline with all the vendors and everything went smoothly.
Because of the relationship we built over the previous months, I had confidence in their ability to take care of the day… I trusted them with my Daughter’s Wedding Day…
The morning was extremely busy with vendors coming and going but because of my confidence that everything was taken care of I was able to slip away and have a few quiet moments to spend with my husband.
I cannot imagine my Daughter’s Wedding Day without Prince Pellman Group… My daughter even made sure that the list of pictures included one with them. They have become part of our family……. I highly recommend hiring PPG for any important event in your life.”

“First of all, I cannot say enough good things about our experience with PPG and how you made Emily and Deljan's special day so perfect. From the moment we signed on with PPG, the communication, guidance and organization was incredible. I really had no idea how much coordination it took between all of the vendors - PPG made sure that all were on the same page and even had a detailed time line to go off of that was extremely helpful for us and the vendors. It wasn't just the big tasks they helped with, it was the small little details that were so thoughtful from taking Emily and Deljan's overnight bag to the hotel, delivering lunch to us while getting ready for the vow renewal to purchasing heel protectors to ensure that my daughter's heels didn't sink into the ground during her walk down the aisle and even delivering the items after the wedding to our inn.
The day of the event, everything ran so timely, and I didn't need to worry about anything other than deciding what song to dance to, and what family and friends to talk with. I didn't even need to wonder about my food and drinks as PPG was always close by to take care of me and my family. My daughter insisted we use a wedding planner so that I could enjoy the evening and I am so glad we did!
I highly recommend PPG to my family and friends. The day just wouldn't have been the same without them. The only thing I regret is that I can't have PPG with me every day! They are truly the best!”

Corey, Dan, and Mary where do we begin. If there was one thing we could change about our wedding planning experience it would be hiring PPG from the beginning and having them plan the entire wedding with us. We thought we had all of our vendors picked out but I stumbled across their page one day and told my then fiancé we had to have them! I was dealing with a good amount of anxiety between having a larger bridal party and procrastinating on certain items but the moment we spoke to them during our initial conversation we truly felt peace and comfort with this trio. When we got off of the phone Jon and I looked at each other and he told me to book them. Between our multiple meetings in person and our phone calls the five of us grew a bond and I’m so thankful to call them our forever friends. I know some may think “my venue told me my package comes with a coordinator and I don’t need to hire outside wedding planners” but that couldn’t be further from the truth. A venues coordinator is to coordinate on behalf of the venue not for the couple. When I say our wedding wouldn’t have been nearly as perfect as it was without them I mean it. Coming up with a master timeline, contacting vendors and following up with arrival and pickup times, helping us stay on track with tasks (we didn’t always complete😶), steaming 19 dresses, bringing my husband the gifts I gave him, dealing with a not so nice venue owner and pushing for what we wanted, ensuring everyone ate the morning of, exceeding our expectations on decor, bringing the best vibes, a million other items I can’t even keep track of at this point, and of course feeling like they genuinely cared about us a couple and not just another client.
Cannot recommend these individuals enough they all bring something different to the table which makes your day and time so exciting and perfect. Dan is extremely organized, patient, outgoing, and communicative. Mary is the straight shooter who gets things done no matter the issue, the mom to everyone, and has the best spiciest personality. Corey is the queen you need by your side as a bride. I’m so thankful I had him with me all day long and could cry over how much he calmed all of my nerves leading up to the walk
These three are worth so much more than you can imagine and are a one stop shop! Dan planned our beautiful last minute honeymoon and exceeded our expectations and Corey transported us to and from the airport in his beautiful luxury Escalade. PPG is absolutely amazing and you’d be lucky to have them apart of your day.

These three were the BEST coordinators to have. They went above and beyond to ensure that my wedding day ran smoothly and to me and my husband it definitely ran smooth and was the best day of our lives in HUGE thanks to them. If something went wrong we definitely didn’t hear about it or didn’t need to know because Corey, Dan, and Mary took care of everything! They each have their specialty that made the day seamless! Every time I needed something, they were there to help, even if I didn’t know I needed something, one of them made sure I had it before I knew I wanted it (like a drink, or snack, or words of wisdom and encouragement). My husband and I will forever be grateful for the amount of support and love they gave to us on that day and even beforehand with helping get everything together. I had NO stress on my day because they handled literally everything. I hope to keep in touch with them also because they are all just genuine, kind, amazing human beings and honestly I already miss them and wish I had another wedding to plan just so I could have their support. You will NOT be disappointed if you book with PPG. They’re the best around

I don’t even know where to begin! Hiring PPG was the single BEST decision we made. Our wedding was on 10/22/22 and it was even more perfect than we had dreamed & that was ALL thanks to PPG! My now-husband and I have said if we were forced to change every single vendor except one... we would keep PPG because they were invaluable. My husband was originally against hiring a wedding coordinator, he didn’t understand why we needed one… but after one meeting with PPG he understood it. He now says it was the best money we spent.
Our wedding was a complicated one- all of our vendors were outsourced, our wedding was on a farm, we lived over two hours away from our venue with no friends or family in that area, and there was a TON of moving parts. Because all of that, my husband and I were very overwhelmed, but PPG truly relieved our stress and our worries - they were always available to chat even months before our wedding. They truly made us feel like we were their only clients because of how attentive they were with us and how they went above & beyond.
Our wedding was perfectly executed. The timeline was spot-on down to the millisecond. My husband and I didn’t worry about anything on our wedding day because we knew we were in good hands.
SO many of our guests went out of their way to comment on how nice and hard-working PPG was & that really says something.
Almost six months later and my husband, my family, & I still bring up how much we love PPG and how they were a huge part of our day. We now consider them life-long friends
